A beautifully made cupcake by one our dear friend has stopped me from chowing it down the minute I saw it. I had to leave till later to munch through it bit by bit as I wanted to see how I can take a gorgeous shot of this cupcake. Where and how to position the lights already flowed through my mind and the different angles I could shoot was itching my fingers. I couldn't wait till I set it all up and to see the results I could get with this colorful dessert ...

So in the end, this! Got it and processed it. And a treat! :)

Sunday Lunch & Dessert ...

... at Cibo, one of South Australia's finest cafe, is my favourite place to hang out and spend the afternoon. Almost every Sunday I would head over to this cafe for a coffee and catching up with friends over what has been going on the past week, and what everyone is getting up to for the coming one. I have always loved spending time with my pals and today is another fine day for it. Though cold, the company at this table has made everyone forget the chilling breeze that blew at us as we shared jokes, stories and laughs.

As winter is near end, I'm looking forward to the Spring season, as it is the beginning of the wedding season and landscapes are blooming. Looking forward to going out there and shoot again. Had a great rest over this cold season and can't wait to make more great pictures!

Zoo Day

Spent a day at the Monarto Zoo, South Australia a couple of Sundays ago. It has been a while since I've visited a zoo and walking through the place has gotten me excited again for animals. Tall, giant and graceful like this Giraffe and the strong, powerful and big beast like the Bison were my favourites in the zoological park. And I even got to feed this giraffe! He was amazing to watch! :D

More photos coming as I'm taking my sweet time going through them. And also been distracted with watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Lovable characters in this anime and each episodes just gets me watching more and more ... (like all good shows do) - up to episode 21 of 60!! Last night I went through a swash of photos editing and culling. Will upload tonight.
